Master (II/2) Fulltime

Are you the seasoned Master ready to shoulder the responsibility for our crew and vessel? Join our team and become an integral part of our dynamic projects. This position offers a structured rotation and favorable terms commensurate with your expertise as a Master.

Role overview:

  • Assume leadership of the entire crew
  • Ensure effective communication and safety protocols onboard
  • Oversee administrative duties onboard
  • Navigate the complexities of technical operations, providing guidance and making informed decisions
  • Maintain operational efficiency across all aspects of onboard activities


  • Hold all STCW ’10 (Manila Amendment) certifications
  • Possess foundational knowledge of engine room
  • Demonstrate strong leadership skills
  • Exhibit technical proficiency
  • Display flexibility and initiative
  • Preferably possess familiarity with survey operations
    (or demonstrate eagerness to acquire such knowledge)
  • Several years of experience as a Master preferred

Our fleet has excellent facilities for the crew. The cabins are spacious with comfortable berths, so you can start your next
working day equipped. We work in a fixed rotation of 4-6 weeks, in a schedule of 50-50.
